I was looking to build a pole barn. I called to get more information and the individual who answered didn't provide their name but took my address said I was outside of 30 mile radius, thus can't do it. Called back again a minute later after looking at their website and spoke to a different lady and she said their radius is 40 miles but seemed unsure. Then went on to say 40-60 mile radius was an upcharge. Then she denied me despite being okay with the upcharge, saying I didn't meet the criteria due to being 42 miles away despite meeting her criteria. Not to mention they built a pole barn in my city on their website and advertise it. Very disappointed getting multiple different stories and advertising something different than their website. Disappointed in their honesty and training of their employees. Sad as I was referred to this company by an individual who had a pole barn built by this company in my city.

Three years into our new barn and we’re just as happy as day one, not a single flaw. They kept us informed what was happening when through the whole construction. I was especially pleased with the professionalism of the construction crew. My only regrets were that I didn’t make it 10 feet longer and should have put the man door on an end so that entrance didn’t get blasted from snow off the roof.
